Cancellation Policy / Changing dates:

If you need to cancel or change course dates, please note the terms below:

• 21 days notice or more:
  You’ll receive a voucher to use against a future course.
• 0 – 21 days notice:
  A re-booking fee for the full amount of the course will be payable*.

Refund policy

If you wish to cancel your course and receive a refund, please note the terms below:

• 21 days notice or more:
  50% of the course fee refunded to you within 14 days
• 0 – 21 days notice:
  0% of the course fee refunded

* In extreme cases we may put you on a later course subject to availability and a £50 rebooking fee

Vouchers.

Are sent by post. Please allow up to 14 days to receive them.

We do not store any financial or credit/debit cards details under any circumstances.

Postponing of courses

In the event there are three or less people booked onto the course then the course will be postponed and you will be given another date.
